To chime in, yeah this is a good one - the Critical Path was pretty good, but Surrounded is a much more mature album that goes in lots of pretty directions and kind of departs from the washing, bouncy breaks one associates with Tipper. I have only got it in stereo because it's rare that I actually want to sit in one place while listening to the music (ie. sit dead center in the middle of way too many speakers in one place in my house.) Actually i don't even have surround sound at home ... Worth checking out, even if only in meager cheap bastard stereo sound. I wonder if the "Surrounded" show in LA was super disorienting?
